Privacy Policy

Texelier is designed as a local-first document editor for Mac. This policy explains how the current version handles information.

Data collection

Texelier does not collect personal data, document contents, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or diagnostic telemetry.

Your documents

Documents are opened and saved only through file locations you select. Texelier does not upload document contents to a Texelier service and does not provide cloud sync, user accounts, or collaboration servers in the current version.

Tracking and advertising

Texelier does not track users across apps or websites and does not show third-party advertising.

Network access

The app includes macOS client network permission for the embedded WebKit editor process. The current version does not use external web services, analytics, telemetry, automatic document upload, or cloud storage.

Changes to this policy

If Texelier adds services that change how information is handled, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before those services are released.
